Appointments may be subject to scheduling, location, artwork availability, security considerations, transportation requirements, and other reasonable conditions.
Haykoff Gallery may modify, reschedule, or decline a viewing request at its discretion.
Submitting an inquiry regarding an artwork does not reserve the artwork or create an obligation on either party to complete a transaction.
An artwork will be considered reserved only where Haykoff Gallery expressly confirms the reservation in writing and any required deposit or other conditions have been satisfied.

The terms contained in a final invoice, purchase agreement, bill of sale, consignment document, or other written transaction agreement will control the specific acquisition.
Artwork purchases may be completed through a separate invoice, purchase agreement, bill of sale, or other written documentation.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed or otherwise binding transaction-specific agreement, the transaction-specific agreement will control with respect to that transaction.

Because art transactions can be targets for payment fraud, buyers should independently verify any change to wire-transfer or payment instructions directly with Haykoff Gallery before transferring funds.
The purchaser is responsible for sales, use, import, customs, value-added, or other taxes and governmental charges applicable to a transaction unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
Haykoff Gallery may collect taxes where legally required.
Where applicable, Haykoff Gallery may provide documentation concerning authenticity, provenance, edition information, artist attribution, condition, or other relevant characteristics of an artwork.
Certain artworks, including fine-art multiples and limited editions, may be subject to specific disclosure or certificate requirements under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, disclaim, restrict, or otherwise limit any authenticity warranty, disclosure requirement, buyer remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Transaction-specific representations regarding an artwork should be determined from the applicable invoice, certificate of authenticity, bill of sale, written condition report, provenance documentation, or purchase agreement.
Haykoff Gallery may discuss the historical importance, rarity, collectability, market history, or potential long-term significance of certain artworks.
Art markets are inherently uncertain.
No statement on the Website or in general promotional materials should be interpreted as a guarantee that an artwork will maintain or increase its monetary value.
Past market performance, prior sales, rarity, artist reputation, historical importance, or similar factors do not guarantee future value.
Nothing on the Website constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
Collectors should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
Shipping and delivery arrangements for artwork will be determined for each transaction.
Depending on the circumstances, Haykoff Gallery may coordinate with specialized fine-art shippers, installers, storage providers, customs brokers, or insurers.

Artwork depicted on the Website may be protected by copyright belonging to the artist, artist’s estate, rights holder, photographer, Haykoff Gallery, or another authorized party.
Purchasing a physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright or reproduction rights in that artwork.
